Forge Loading Stuck on Post Initialization with a few mods

When I launch forge on 1.12.2 without any mods loaded it boots up just fine. When I load it with a new modpack that my friend made (that works for him and some other friends) I reah Initializing mods phase 3 post initialization - Thaumcraft

I have tried messing with the amount of ram, reinstalled the mods, deleted all the config files and had them repopulate. I removed thaumcraft and all the mods that depended on it then Tinkers Construct stops at the exact same spot. I then removed Tinkers and all of the mods that depended on it. 

 

 

After doing all that Forge froze at 6/7 finishing up.

After that ModIdMapping stopped at the same position.

What can I do?
