RLCraft Mod pack failing to load, Worked fine last night.

I was playing multiple hours last night with no problem, woke up this morning and tried to get on and it keeps crashing as soon as the main menu tries to load.

 

Im not sure how to fix it so, heres the crash log and any help is appriciated

Forgot to mention i get this error message 

 

The game crashed whilst ticking screen
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Keyboard must be created before you can query key state
Exit Code: -1

Can you provide the crash report file by attaching it to your post? It will be easier for me to read it.

This is apparently a very common bug that used to happen all the time for older Minecraft versions. There are two ways this can possibly be fixed, the first one is to set your monitor's refresh rate to exactly 60 hz, or try what reddit user darkfalzx says in this reddit post.

Omg thank you so much, I have my laptop hooked up to my TV and I unplug it before I go to bed. It must have reset my resolution because I didn’t realize it was set to 59hz. Changing it back to 60hz it started right up!
