Need help with this error on the forge 1.12.2 installer

Same here. First the server installer was having issues but it finally went through. Then the client installer would have multiple libraries it couldn't install, but if I kept trying it would get down to this last library failing.

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
