server forge.jar file not working

(Minecraft version 1.16.4) when I try to run the forge server file to open the server it doesn't work. When I try to open it through command line it gives me this:

    Why are you trying to run optifine on the server?

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
