Hi. I can't download forge from version 1.12.2 because i dont have a jar download and i can't download forge. Can someone do a windows installer for forge? please because i want to play with optifine on 1.16.5...

    I can't open the installer for 1.12.2 and above because i haven't  java on my computer. But the version 1.12.1 have an windows installer so i can download forge for version 1.12.1 but not 1.12.2 and above. and sorrry that i got you confused but im not really good at english

    oh ok. but i tried to install the other versions and it was saving in .jar files so i tried to change format into .exe and it dint work so i can't download any forge if it isn't a .exe downloader
