Hello! I'm currently working on a mod which adds configurable options to many aspects of the game. I'm currently on adding a configurable piston push limit and there doesn't seem to be anything out there for forge 1.16.X! So is there anyway to change in-game constants like the piston push limit?

    i think the only way is to overwrite the vanilla piston block,

    because vanilla use the PistonBlockStructureHelper where the push limit is set (not in a field so there are no getter and setter)
