I try getting forge installed, I start my launcher, Than this happens...

Well, I have a similar problem. But in my one only this link is giving 404:

This has NOTHING to do with Forge.

Forge DOES NOT download anything.

This is PURELY a Mojang Launcher issue.

One that Should of already been fixed. Update your launcher...
