id resolver in forge

i see that forge can take  a lot of mods, but id,s can be the problem. 

so if i may ask, can ID resolver in forge so you can have no more conflicts on ID blocks and items.

or can be make you own ID  resolver i use forge and i have always the problem with mods id conflicts.
