Error 404 with forge MDK installation

i've a problm with the forge mdk installation. When i'm using this command "gradlew setupDecompWorkspace", i've an 404 error. So, the librairies are not downloaded. And when i opened eclipse, i've 8 errors.
What can i do? I already modify the gradle.build but i still have the same error. I use Java 8 Update 291. And I don't want to migrate to new version, I want to use 1.9.4 or 1.8.9.

  Trying to start an RLCraft server with my friend but that's unrelated. It crashes some random point through the loading process. It doesn't have an option to open the log, only send it, but the logs have still been created. I'm unable to put debug.log since it says I have exceeded the 512kb limit, but here is the latest.log: https://pastebin.com/6TQ9EP0n Repairing installation and/or profile does nothing.
