  1. Still is the correct function, just a difference in the mappings used for the method names. 'create' is the mcp name while iirc 'of' is the mojmap name (which is the one you are using most likely).
  2. it seems your problem is solved, but just a tip: when posting code to the forums, use the code block instead of the spoiler, it provides indendation and monospaced fonts which make the code actually readable
  3. it depends on wether you want the vanilla water bottle always return en empty water bottle (for any recipe that uses a water bottle), or if there is some specific recipes from your mod that you want that behaviour on for the latter, the solution is using Special Recipes, you can look at the Book or Map cloning recipes for some example. you'll need to override the getRemainingItems method, and perform such logic there
  4. So, a lot of mods use various blocks as heat sources to work, everything from fire, lava, magma blocks, and campfires, to their own modded blocks. And they all basically use their own tags, or simply check for specific blocks, to determine if the block is hot. My proposal is to add an universal tag for this, allowing for cross mod compatibility without explicitly adding support to the mod. This would also reduce the amount of tags blocks would be given, as every mod would not require to create their own tag. Edit: Active Furnaces should also be given the tag, I believe:
