All of your mods are from illegal repost sites, delete them all, read up on the StopModReposts Project, (link in my signature below), and get all your mods from the proper place

SF3 is a 1.10.2 pack, you tried to install it on 1.12.2 You also didn't install it correctly.

If it's a specific port that Hamachi opens, start Hamachi then set the port in server.properties before you start the server

The filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site. Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing. Your version of Optifine is not compatible with your version of Forge. Optifine versions target specific versions of Forge for compatibility, the specific Forge version is stated in the Changelog for each Optifine version

Well Dynamic Surroundings is a Client-Only mod iirc, sot it has no business being on a server
