Remember you need to restart anything using that variable after changing it, so any Terminal Windows or IDEs

Is this about how long ago you installed Twitch? This is a known TWITCH issue that they ignore the Forge logging configuration that creates the debug.log and launching Forge 28.1.70 myself I see a debug.log being generated.

The filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site. Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing.

This is sounding like you want your block to sustain fire but not be consumed by fire.
