Forge version will be in your profile options and JEI should have an update button next to it.

You run the Forge installer for the new version and select it in the launcher, then you replace the old JEI jar with the new one in your mods folder

Stop using that program. Just run the Forge Installer and set the server up yourself.

JEI has been updated to fix this issue, you should be good to update both Forge and JEI

I see no crash in that log, and sadly the new launcher is ignoring Forge's logging config. Could you please close your launcher, then open it and start the pack, once the pack crashes close the launcher and check your .minecraft folder for a launcher_log.txt file and provide that.
