I'm not sure what to make of this. It looks to me like Forge is trying to do something twice when it should only do it once. Does this happen without any mods?

Hmm, Forge isn't acknowledging any crashes. Are there any files matching the pattern hs_err_pid{numbers}.log in your server?

It looks like you're running technic and if I may put a personal note here, I recommend Twitch Launcher over Technic. The mod errors seem to stem from the fact you're using an absolutely ANCIENT version of 1.12.2 Forge, which begs the question, "Why?"

This does not answer my question. Also I don't care at all who MrCrayfish is, if he's rehosting/redistribtuing any mods without permission that's bad, whether he's trustworthy or not.
