I say again, some of your mod filenames don't match the filenames of the mods provided by Curse. Also you say you removed Poop Mod and then you post a crash that shows Poop Mod in the stacktrace.

LuckyBlocks is using code that was added in build 2779 of Forge, try using the latest instead of the recommended.

The filenames of some of your mods suggests you are not getting them from official sources, please read my signature for more info on why this is a bad thing. Poop Mod is broken because it tries to use Client-Only Code in Common Code.

The only thing I can suggest is removing lag-goggles so that Phosphor's mixin version is used.

Phosphor requires a later version of Mixin than LagGoggles supplies, but LagGoggles is being loaded first so its Mixin version is what the game is trying to use, Phosphor is not happy about this and crashes.

I'm stumped, you don't appear to be doing anything that should be affecting fluids, though I'm far from experienced in the actual code of Forge. On the subject of your mod though there are a few common beginner mistakes you seem to have fallen victim to, these are listed in this thread:

Does not exist (at least not from the original author). His major reason for not updating past 1.7 was that the mod got too huge and cumbersome to continue porting to newer versions.

Can you provide a screenshot of the message? Also why Windows 8?

I'm not getting this issue when i run the MDK for 25.0.209. It looks like you're running this in a dev environment so could you provide your debug.log as well as your code in a GitHub repo?

Where are you downloading Forge from?

It's complaining about the file being locked by another program, you didn't open anything in another program by accident, did you?

You need to use Java 8
