The first versions of Forge were only released in beta 1.7/beta 1.8. You're asking for Forge on a version where Forge never existed for it

Check all your mods - make sure they're ALL for 1.7.10. It seems that a mod is requesting hooks only available in 1.8 Forge.

Did you install any jar mods (optifine, fps++)?

Run jarfix, link in EAQ. WinRAR does this shit.
