Never add mods to the jar, not even forge. Rename minecraftforge.zip to jar, then double click it.

You don't need fml, forge includes fml

You're using a pure FML build. BC needs forge.

If you have IC2, update. The older 1.4.7 versions is known for spamming the logs.
