  14. that's not a AttributeModifier but this should also work, but I would recommend you to use a AttributeModifier, you can use the Swiftness and Slowness Potion as an example for how to use AttributeModifier

  16. you can use ItemProperties, you can use the BowItem and model as a example. Note the tag value must be present on client, so if it's server side you need to sync it to the client
