You are using the tlauncher - this launcher is using the same directory as the original/gamepass launcher - so the files are not clean Completely delete the .minecraft folder Start the original Minecraft Create a 1.12.2 profile and run it once Install Forge 1.12.2 and run it once Redownload the mods (from curseforge) and put it into the mods-folder
