Looks like it is some kind of conflict with brutalbosses - it refers to the Reaver Remove brutalbosses or try other builds of these mods Or check the config - maybe there is a way to disable the Reaver

The server may use another ATM9 modpack build - make sure client and server modpack are the same

I am not sure, but the JAVA_HOME part is not working that way - you have to use the full path Reinstall Java 8 and use the default path - then use "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_391\bin\javaw.exe"

Did you put it into quotation marks?

Use the direct path and the javaw.exe - something like "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-1.8\bin\javaw.exe"
