Please read the FAQ about how to post your logs. Posting them in a spoiler is much harder to read with the formatting/line wrapping, which in turn makes it harder for people to help you.

Search the log for the word FATAL, and sometimes (not always) it will tell you exactly what's wrong.

Just realized that Optifine is installed, if you remove that does it still break? Often times "performance enhancing" mods will break stuff, especially if there are more than one installed.

When you make a change, you should always post a new log if it is still broken

If you're using Ryzen onboard graphics, they are AMD graphics, so same thing will apply.

If you are using an AMD graphics card, update your drivers directly from their website, do not use windows update to update them.

Please post your logs as described in the FAQ. Directly posting them in your message formats them in such a way they are hard to read, and makes the page have a lot of scrolling to get to the bottom, which makes it harder to get help. As far as I can tell, it looks like oculus is trying to do a mixin with sodium, and it's not finding what it wants to change. If you remove one or both of these mods, does it launch? Having complete logs would likely show a bit more information, as per the FAQ.

Firstly, please read the FAQ about the suggest way of posting your logs, just pasting them into your forums post is much harder to read and navigate than having them on a paste site, with the link posted here. From the looks of it, if I had to guess, I'd say you world got corrupted somehow, did your server power off without properly shutting down the MC Server? If you have a backup of the world, I would try loading that backup from a separate save folder to see what happens.

More information is needed before anyone would be able to help. Please read the FAQ, and post your logs as described there, and hopefully that will have enough information to find a solution.

Does it work if you remove balm? Also, please post your logs as described in the FAQ, they are very very hard to read when pasted directly into your forums message, which may discourage people from looking at it, which means less potential help!

I am unsure, and as far as I can tell, the mod that's doing it is not specified in the log you shared. Unless someone happens upon this and can tell what it is, you're going to have to figure it out by trial and error removing mods until it works, removing (or adding) mods a handfull at a time or something like that.

Do you have AMD graphics? If so, try updating your drivers from the AMD site (not MS update)

Have you tried this suggestion yet? Does it crash if you create a new world? Or only when loading an existing one? And sometimes, removing mods is the only way to find the culprit. Instead of 1 by 1, you can remove 1/2, and test. If no crash, add 1/2 of the removed 1/2 back, test. Can more or leas keep doing this until you find what is crashing. Still a lot of work, but if you don't get a solution from someone that can see what's wrong, what choice do you have? Also, please post logs as described in the FAQ, it makes them easier to read and makes the post easier to navigate. This snarky comment is not necessary, if someone knows how to help you, they will, be patient.

Please post your logs as described in the FAQ, when they are just pasted into your forums post, they are hard to read, and add the need to scroll 100 miles to get to the bottom of the page to reply etc. I assume Better Minecraft is a modpack that works? If so, and you are adding to it, add your new mods 1 or 2 at a time, and you will find which one is causing the problem.

Merged your questions, you didn't really need to make 2 posts, considering they are the exact same question with 2 different subject lines. You need to use the forge version for the MC version you wish to mod. There are so many differences between versions in the Minecraft codebase, especially at certain points, that Forge had to make compatibility breaking changes to keep up.
