  1. Post the actual full log file from the server. We dont care about the client if it says Internal Server Error. And the log you posted doesn't have any useful information.
  2. Go to your desktop Hold Shift Right Click Open Command Prompt Here Type 'java -Xmx2G -jar forge.jar' Done. It should not be this hard to do a basic task like this. If you need more help go ask the kid down your street or something. Worst case if you still can't figure it out, you can find the library you are failing to decompress on maven {use google} and download it manually and stick it in the proper place in your libraries folder manually. Heres a hint the maven path is very predictable.
  3. Post the Forge log not the launcher one, as the launcher one doesn't have any data from the actual loading of the game.
  4. Don't use MCreator, just make the mod normally.
  5. Just post your log file, -.- this is like watching a train wreck. If you just stick Optifine in the mods folder, and it's for the correct version of Minecraft/Forge then it will load and when you go into the NORMAL OPTIONS SCREEN. Not the 'mod options' you will see the optifine options. Optifine is NOT a Forge mod, it is a JAR MOD that happens to have Forge compatibility for loading because we worked hard to make it so.
  6. No, it made a new mods folder with nothing in it. YOU installed the 1.6.4 mod. YOU install all the mods in that folder. Renaming that folder essentially does what you were being told to do: remove that mod. You can not run a mod that is not designed for the version of Minecraft you are running.
  7. Nothing official yet, besides cpw and myself are working our buts off on a lot of behind the scenes stuff.
  8. That is your crash report, not your log, the logs are in your log folder. Also use spoilers.
  9. If it's not there then make it. Next run will make the config file.
  10. Quite literally the ONLY thing that you tell the server on a Forge client when connecting that isn't vanilla is "FML\0" Literally. That is a identifier added to the handshake method that say "Hey if you're modded then we can do our handshake" So no, it's not a 'privacy' issue. It's a your server is forcing protocol changes onto the clients in a incompatible fashion and they should stop being stupid.
  11. There is no way to tell if the server is vanilla or not. We use a field in a way that is publicly acceptable and expandable to tell the server that we are a modded client. if it wasn't for Bungeecord doing it incorrectly everything would be fine. Basically there is a solution in place for BungeeCord/Spigot they need to update.
  12. It's proper etiquette to say how you solved your problem so that future people who are using search can see it.
  13. I dont care about logs you have 'found' only the current one, and the fact that you're loading a lot of mods. As I said, you need to start removing mods. We do not support people who use coremods because coremods fuck things up.
  14. Make Sure Your Profile IS SET TO USE FORGE! Seriously it's straight forward, the installer defaults the 'Forge' profile to use this version but you seem to have screwed *something* up so do it manually.
  15. You click Edit Profile. You go down to the versions drop down list. You select the Forge version you installed. If you don't see Forge in that list, then you need to run the installer correctly.
  16. Yup that's what I tought, you have a SHIT LOAD of mods installed. And a crapload of those are coremods. MOST of them probably fubar the tick. Start removing coremods. I would say start with fastcraft because it is notorious for screwing things up.
  17. You're not running Forge, your 'Forge' profile is set to use the 1.8.8 version, you need to fix that.
  18. If that is your only log, then you are not even running Forge. Do you see the Forge version number on the main screen?
  19. There is a folder, called logs, in your minecraft directly, guess what it contains.. That's right LOGS we need them. Also you do not download the universal to install forge, you download the installer...
  20. If only there was a way that we could see what is happening with your game instead of relying on unspecific anecdotal rambling.... Perhaps something in text form that is easily posted to text forums like this or uploaded to text hosting websites like pastebin or gist... It's not forge causing your issue you probably have a mod installed that is fucking things up. But we cant tell what you ahve going on because YOU DID NOT POST YOUR LOG FILES.
  21. How did you install Forge, also this is a poor log we need the one from your logs folder.
  22. After you run setupdecompworkspace you end up with a source jar file for minecraft/forge. You just feed that into the normal javadocs generator program and you're done.
