Ever since the 1.6 patch, I cannot get forge to install/run. At all.

I downloaded the installer on my windows pc, choose install server, picked a new directory. Copied the files to my centos 5 server, and then ran it. Doesn't work. Tried 789 and 790. 790 reports missing libraries and the forum says its broken. 789 gives me an invocation error.

Launching using

java -jar minecraftforge-universal-1.6.2-9.10.0.789.jar
