Valhelsia Forge Server won't start

After a long break of modded minecraft i wanted to make a new server for me and my friends, like i usually used to do(which always worked). I wanted to make a Valhelsia 3 server but the forge server wouldn't start and i got the following errorcode:

←[mException in thread "main" ←[32m[17:55:02] [main/INFO] [STDERR/]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:-1]: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/common/collect/ImmutableList

Other errormessages followed as a result to this one.

Then I tried to make a Valhelsia 2 server and the same happened. I had the eula set to true, i tried disabling my firewall and my antivirus. I tried removing the mods to see if its mod related and sometimes when i try to reinstall the server, the modfolder isn't created. I tried installing different servers with different forge version and different modpacks and they worked perfectly fine.

Then I tried to make a Valhelsia 3 server but an older version with forge-1.16.5-36.1.18 and the same error appeared.

I had issues with the following forge versions: forge-1.16.5-36.2.0 and forge-1.15.2-31.2.50 (Only the server files had issues, I could start the game without any issues.)

I've seen people recommending to delete Java 9, but i only have Java 8 installed.

I don't know if it's the forge version , whether it's a problem with my computer or if google just deleted the class which is missing.

I don't really want to switch modpacks, since Valhelsia 3 is a decently balanced modpack, which me and my friends want to play together and we don't want to spend any money with buying a server.

Any help is appreciated.
