My mod works in eclipse, but crashes in minecraft. Help?

I have made some custom block and item models. And i have ran the mod in eclipse just fine, but when I run it in minecraft, it gives me the following error:

recheck that the package names and location of all classes you moved are correctly updated then. And that the folder structure in the .zip file is the same as the package structure in eclipse.

If you guys dont get it.. then well ya.. try harder...

When reobfuscating, use reobfuscate_srg.bat or reobfuscate_srg.sh rather than just reobfuscate.bat or reobfuscate.sh . Its what is recomended by VSWE (Steve's carts author). It works for me every time where using the one without _srg makes me crash.

Lets make forge modding the best it can be!
