Unable to move

Hey guys. I recently downloaded and played Forge 1.16.5 with projectE. But as well as many other mods, I was unable to move after around 5 minutes. I was completely stuck on one block but I was still able to perform other actions. I could even use water to move myself but it didn't help with this issue.

Anyone met this issue and knows how to fix it?

Please make sure that you did not accidentally switch to anyother language input method while you playing, otherwise try Shift+Ctrl or Ctrl+Space to change.

were you able to use any keyboard actions (not incluing moving)
