When player dies in the nether (or other dimension) the player become a ghost

Hello,

I'm playing on Minecraft Forge 1.16.5 bet when a player dies in an other dimension than the overworld it will bug in to blocks and when he try to break some blocks the block changed into Netherrack and will be bug and when i kill in the server console the player dies and can't respawn if he left he can't rejoin before i restart the server, please help me

error in Spice-of-Life-Carrot-Edition, make sure the mod is up to date,
if it is report the bug to the mod author
