I'm trying to install forge 1.17.1 and when asked to install client it says it has no minecraft launcher profile I need to run the launcher first. I'm stuck on what to do can anyone help??

    My appologises I didn't see the link at the top I got really stressed last night as I lost my survival world that I had been working on for a really long time and I got to start again...
