Forge 1.17.1 Error Exit Code: 0

This is my first, and likely only forum post, so if there's any error or incorrect way about how I ask about the problem, please let me know.

Crash is only occurring with Forge 1.17.1(Latest 37.0.104)
I've added & removed all mods from the mod folder, and the problem hasn't changed.

Other versions of Minecraft that I play don't crash similar to this, (Forge 1.12, Vanilla 1.17, Optifine 1.17, these all work fine.)

please post the full debug log, did you use Optifine?

I did not use Optifine, all of the mods were removed, and.. that is the full log, I open it and that's all it shows.
