Try removing the Mod flatcoloredblocks:

Sorry if my Posts are weird sometimes, I just try to help and learn as much as I can :D

Also: PLEASE use SPOILERS for logs!

Because I think in the log there was something with 1.12 and 1.12 is not longer supported, only 1.16.5 and 1.17.1

i use 1.12.2

Thanks for your help, this mod was tiny progressions

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.
Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
