Got an error ''The game crashed whilst rendering overlay'' every time I try to launch the game

I was playing Vault Hunters singleplayer, and just as I entered a vault my pc got a bluescreen and restarted itself.

When trying to start the game again I just keep getting this message:

''The game crashed whilst rendering overlay
Error:
net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException:
Failed loading config file fairylights-client.toml of type
CLIENT for modid fairylights
Exit Code: -1''

Does anyone know how to fix this?
