Are ItemGroups client or server-sided?

sever and client, but if i'm correct the ItemGroup is only use for sorting in creative (so client)

    Actually can't find the the temGroup class. What's the import path?

    The CreativeModeTabs require an index number, what should I set this to, to prevent overlaps with other mods?
