The Classic Pack Forge Server Won't Launch

Hiya! I'm not sure if this is the right topic to post this under, but I wanted to try to get some help launching a Classic Pack server. I walked through the Forge server basics here (https://wiki.modded-mc.com/books/getting-started-with-modded-minecraft/page/the-basics-of-setting-up-a-forge-modded-minecraft-server), and when I got to the step of actually launching the server (after accepting the EULA) I got this crash report (forgive the formatting, I couldn't find an easy way to upload this):

I tried googling the error at the top of the report, but nothing really useful came of it. What should I do?
