Posted August 2, 201213 yr I saw that forge was updated, silently. Should I use this latest build or wait until it is recommended?
August 2, 201213 yr Its up to you, ive used and had no problems with it. It says on Jenkins that has been no changed from # 164
August 4, 201213 yr 171 is exactly the same as 164. At least wen I decompiled it with fernflower, the only differences in the files were the lines with the version number.
August 5, 201213 yr You could you know, view the damn change log and see that they are the same... You should NEVER need to decompile Forge, it's freakin open source. I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon
August 5, 201213 yr You could you know, view the damn change log and see that they are the same... You should NEVER need to decompile Forge, it's freakin open source. There is always the time when you're decompiling a mod that isn't open source, and it requires forge. You need to have ALL required classes at decompile time, so you get the forge client, and you decompile that with said mod. Read the EAQ before posting! OR ELSE! This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project. www.forgeessentials.com Don't PM me, I don't check this account unless I have to.
August 5, 201213 yr nope, not even then. There are better ways around that. I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon
