Whenever I try to download the Forge Installer, it downloads as a .rar file instead of a .exe file. When I tried to change the format that it was downloaded in the only option was a .rar file. When I try to open it in WinRAR there is no .exe file in the folder. I really enjoy having mods and I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong or what. Please help...I'm desperate.
