Every 3-5 seconds minecraft just freezes for a couple frames but then skips ahead a couple frames like it is trying to catch up. This doesn't happen with Risugami's Modloader and I will have to revert to that until this is fixed. It makes the game unplayable because with modloader I get a good 45 fps and no freezing. I prefer forge because i need BWG4 to continue with my world (gargamel from 1.8) and it isn't modloader compatible. Someone please fix this!

Forge doesn't cause 'random freezing'

Forge actually has many performance improvements.

You're gunna have to figure out what is causing the lag. I suggest tossing the game into jprofiler or something, or killing mods untill you figure out which mod is doing it.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
