‎I'm trying to run on my PC a server for the modpack called Delivery inc. ‎‎ ‎‎The version I'm trying to run is forge 1.65.5 - 1.0204‎

Looks like you are starting a vanilla server.

i m running the jar in to the server folder downloaded from the modpack site

minecraft_server.1.16.5.jar

if i click forge jar it doesnt start

use the .bat/.sh file to start the server

now it works but

I've looked at some tutorials for port forwarding but can't get it to work for my friends.

 

I checked the server port I set port rule 25565 both inbound and outbound to microsoft defender

I set the ipv4 server to the server properties file I have set the ports on the router but when I turn on the server it gives me 0 ports in operation and if I give the ip to my friend obviously it does not start can you help me?

it works only if i disable all internet firewall but i would like to find the issue

you need to add the Port to the Firewall, so it will not block this Port
