The title pretty much sums it up. I, along with many other Minecrafters, downloaded the installer for 1.6.2 and the result is not an installer, but another .rar. In the .rar, I get the META.INF, argo, com, cpw and joptsimple folders. I also see another MCForge rar folder, the logo picture and an install_profile.json. I tried to click on the install_profile thing but it only opened a text document.

So, since I can't find help for this, I'm asking here. Is there anyway to get the installer working properly? Or how about using the Universal download? I'd rather find out how to manually install MCForge, just in case I run into this problem again. That way, I'd sorta know what to do.
