Okay so recently i started using forge for minecraft and and i have installed 3 mods that use forge already and they are working great. I just put them in mods folder and whats done is done, but the problem I'm having is that mods that don't require forge aren't working at all. I put them in my mods folder and run minecraft, and after all that, none of them are working. im trying to install: x-ray, better sprint, and show durability, but they aren't working for me. I don't know if its a simple fix or what cause I'm brand spanking new to forge so go easy on me please :3

Just need to learn some things.

You'll have to look at the indavidual install instructions for those mods.

However, just guessing but those sound like jar mods.

And we don't support jar mods.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
