Minecraft Forge 1.6.2 Crashes when I add mods to my mod folder???

Whenever I try to add forge mods into my mod folder, I end up having my game crash when I start it. No matter what mods I add in, they never work. When I try to open Minecraft Forge with mods, the launcher opens up to the Mojang logo, and then closes. I wait several minutes and still, nothing happens. When I deleted the mods inside of the folder, the launcher opens up normally and works fine. Here's the error I get when I try to launch Minecraft Forge with mods.

    What mod are you installing the one in your log looks like it's either not packaged properly or you didn't install all of it's dependencies.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
