java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Rubén\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries\de\oceanlabs\mcp\mcp_config\1.18.2-20220404.173914\mcp_config-1.18.2-20220404.173914-mappings.txt (Acceso denegado)

The error says you don't the operating system permissions to open/modify that file.

This usually happens because you ran minecraft/forge with administrator privileges as some point and the file is now owned by the administrator account.

You need to give your user the permission to this file and probably others in the .minecraft folder?

see for example: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-change-folder-and-file-permissions-in/783e7040-d18f-4c04-a0f3-830b4841bb68

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

I have reviewed the permissions and it does not have any type of privilege I have looked at the link and I have followed the steps and even so it continues to give me the same problem

Can you confirm "Acceso denegado" means "access denied"?

Like I said above, it can be other files/permissions, e.g. the folder might have the wrong permissions, so you can't add files to the folder.

If you really do have permission. It should let you create other files in that folder, edit the file or even delete it (make a backup first).
