Forge 1.12.2 could not find or load main class jar

I'm not a software expert so please don't be too harsh, im trying to run a forge server, but this pops up when I run the bat file to start the server.

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
