Did you mean to post a link to that log file?

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

Hello!

Here is the log file https://github.com/RonnyIsmael/minecraft_serve/blob/main/forge-1.19-41.1.0-installer.jar.log also the server repo.

I read some tutorials and all of then after installing forge have a file with extension universal.jar and use a commenad like this java -Xmx2048M -Xms2048M -jar forge-1.10.2-12.18.1.2011-universal.jar nogui to run forge but i can't find it :(

It says.

The server installed successfully

The modern way to start the server is to use the run.sh (run.bat on windows).

Read that file and the user_jvm_args.txt for more information.
