1.19.2 Custom Grass doesn't allow flowers or plants to be placed on top?

So I've made a few new grass blocks for a mod, and have used the correct block type for them, and even added them to the "dirt" tags, but for some reason they don't allow me to put flowers or plants on them? Stranger still, is that it works in one specific world, and if i load that world, and then another, it works again, but on a fresh startup, any new world still has the issue.

Any ideas on what the problem could be? Thank you!

We don't have any psychic powers.

If you don't show the details of what you have actually done we can't help you.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.
