Exit Code 1 when trying to launch Forge 1.19.2

I went through and downloaded some mods for 1.19.2 but when I try to open forge it crashes before it gets past the launcher and says "Exit Code 1". I ran it with no mods in my 1.19.2 folder, I updated java, and I tried both the newest and recommended versions of forge, nothing worked. I can run any other version just fine, my 1.7 mods work, 1.19.2 optifine works, it seems to just be a problem with 1.19.2 forge. this is the newest log...

You have a mod that is not for minecraft 1.19.2, this error says it wants a different version of minecraft.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.
