Posted November 19, 20222 yr Hi, so I am doing a custom Crop in my mod, I can grow and eat it, but when it comes to harvest them, so the crop drop something, the crop brokes and nothing gets dropped. Here is my .json file in the /data/modname/loot_tables/ directory: https://pastebin.com/zAfdSNPw Oh and the Mod in in the 1.18 Minecraft Version
November 19, 20222 yr Random snippets of code are not enough to answer your question. You need to post all the relevant information. Since you don't seem to know what that information is, (temporarily) put your project on github so we can see everything in context and not have to play a guessing game about what/where the problem is. You should also check your run/logs/debug.log for related errors. Boilerplate: If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one. If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com You should also read the support forum sticky post.
November 19, 20222 yr Author Here is the code of the tutorial, I am following: https://github.com/Tutorials-By-Kaupenjoe/Forge-Tutorial-1.18.1/tree/27-crops But I use the crop from the1.16.5 tutorial from him: https://github.com/Tutorials-By-Kaupenjoe/Minecraft-1.16.5/tree/18-crops and here is the debug.log: https://gist.github.com/JustLutz/5022ac44d7cfb7cede98a3db840b1e75 I think now you got everything to work with
November 19, 20222 yr I didn't see anything obviously wrong with your code, so I downloaded and ran the mod. I grew the cucumber crop to age 5 and then harvested it. I got 3 seeds and 1 cucumber. Seems to be working for me? Try downloading your github repo to a different folder and then comparing it with your current workspace. They are obviously different.
