[1.19.3] Could not resolve all files for configuration ':runtimeClasspathCopy'

Cant configure my forge 1.19.3 project(exactly any 1.19.3 project, including a completely new MDK), I already try to delete the cache folder in .gradle, refresh-dependecies, restart the computer and downgrade gradle version, but nothing seems to work and always get the same error.

Here is my 'build.gradle' file and full log

Error getting artifact: net.minecraftforge:forge:1.19.3-44.0.11_mapped_parchment_1.19.2-2022.11.27-1.19.3

You are trying to use parchment for 1.19.2 with 1.19.3?

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

Yeah but I get the same error with official mapping

That's impossible. How can you get an error about parchment, if you are not using parchment?

And people that just say "it does not work", overestimate our psychic powers.

Post a link to the log showing the error.

Post a link to the log showing the error.

I was using that as an example.

You need to post all new information. For example, here you changed the build.gradle, but you haven't shown what you changed.

The error above suggests you have no maven repositories defined, or they are misconfigued in some way.

I suggest if you don't know what you are doing, you download the MDK, confirm it works and then change it your needs.

Otherwise this thread is going to be very long while we painfully try to get every bit of important information from you about you have done.
