Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

If you don't post a link to logs/debug.log we can't help you. Read my footer.

Without an error message, the only way to find the problem mod is to experiment with removing mods until the problem goes away.

Backup your world before removing mods.

 

Broken lighting effects can be caused by you removing mods which removes its blocks from the world.

The blocks underneath won't know they are now exposed and so will have the wrong lighting values.

Placing a block or otherwise causing a block update should force it to redo the lighting calculations.

I don't respond to threads when the log shows you are not logged into minecraft.

For all I know you are using pirated minecraft which is not supported in this forum.
