crash with no indication of mod, could anyone help me out?

the message says "The game crashed whilst ticking entity Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraft.world.item.ItemStack.getCapability(net.minecraftforge.common.capabilities.Capability)" because "itemStack" is null"

 

it happens when i attack a mob with a weapon that has enchantments on it, so i'd guess it comes from apotheosis or dungeons gear, but it hadn't happened before and i'd been playing on this world for some hours before it started happening. no idea what could it be, so any help so i can contact the correct mod team would be appreciated.
