The game crashed whilst rendering overlay Exit Code: -1

If someone might be able to help me out here with understanding what may be causing this issue I would greatly appreciate it. I believe there may be a conflict with one or two of the mods that are loaded. Below is the error report that is generated and a link to the crash report.

Issue with the ModelFix mod. Check you have the latest version then contact the mod author.

Upon checking the mod file. I do currently have the most up to date version. I am currently attempting to launch the game without the mod activated to see if that may make a difference.

Disabling the mod altogether seems to have fixed the issue all together. Incase anyone else runs into the same issue with ATM8 mod pack. Thanks for the help.
